Horrible the front desk person didn’t know how to do anything right, didn’t know about the storage units she had me driving all over looking for mines that wasn’t even in the I got two storage units that was the same size but different prices and I didn’t understand that! Seems so shady!!

I had 24 hour access so that helped me a lot for when ever I needed something after hours, front desk lady is such a sweet heart and i appreciate her help and time

I had not problems and enjoyed working with the staff. Your price git to be too high and had to move out. I am retired and on a fixed income, so I had to find a lower price storage.
It would be nice if there was property to rent for retirees on a fixed income.

easy to work with. Very flexible - they were able to change my pickup at the last minute to accommodate our schedule change. me at the last minute. Fast. Efficient. Pleasant. Great communication. Reasonably priced. I expect the delivery to go as smoothly as the pickup. Very happy wit them.

The folks at Budget are so helpful and courteous. Cathy Santos sent the info I wanted promptly and explained everything I had questions about. The guys who did the pickup of my daughter’s belongings for summer storage and later return to Lehigh were right on time and very speedy. This will be our go-to place as long as my daughter is in college.

This is the second spring semester that we used Budget for summer storage of my daughter’s dorm room. They are phenomenal. My daughter and I packed up her stuff in waterproof storage bins. Labeled them. The team from Budget comes right to her room and takes everything to the truck and the storage facility. They will bring it all right up to her new dorm room in the fall. Really appreciate their service.

Super easy to schedule pickup at my daughter's dorm. They came exactly when they said they would and had her stuff packed up in 5 minutes. Fantastic service. Highly recommended if you need to store your child's stuff over summer break

Some stuff was not in our storage bin when I moved our stuff out.I called but was told that I did not buy the insurance that they offered.I will take it as a lost.

Your office staff on Werley Rd was beyond rude and the office smelled like smoke. She let me know I was inconveniencing her because I came in “at the end of her day” (4:30) and the office closed at 5:00. I said I was looking to rent the unit now, planning for my move next month. Her response was “you rent now, you pay now. That’s how it works.” This was a completely disgusting and disappointing experience!!
