Very friendly staff. I go here to buy outfits for my Aardvark Rudolph Henry who is not a build a bear but fits into their clothing. It’s a joy to pick out new outfits for him.

I really want to thanks Taty one more time for making my sons bday special with helping the entire time she was so welcoming nice and funny. This was our first time in build the bear and it was the best experience I ever had. I went in a Tuesday afternoon.

Took my son to BAB for the 1st time. The staff was so kind and made the experience amazing. They made my child feel like he was the only kid in there.
