There were only 2 young ladies working when we arrived, and a long line. Nevertheless the young lady, Heaven, who was doing the stuffing was VERY kind and PATIENT. I wish I could have tipped her. She was great at her job.

It was our 2nd time at build a bear and the girls love going there every time. The staff is kind and I appreciate their patience.
