I purchased a screen protector for my Google pixel 7 pro and my fingerprint scanner would not work with it.l took it back with my receipt But it was 10 days and they would not do anything for me.Lesson learned that was a waste of 26.00 dollars.No returns after 7 days.I will not be using them anymore for anything.

I took my iPad with a cracked screen to the Cellaris kiosk in LVM. The screen was more splintered than cracked. It had to be taken off of the iPad piece by piece. It took two men working on it several hours, but when I got my iPad back, it looked brand new. Their price was very fair. However, when I got it home, I found the button to turn the screen on seemed to be off centered slightly and it was not working properly. I went back to the kiosk two days later. It is up for debate whether it was something I did or whether it was something they did not fix properly, but either way, they agreed to fix my iPad yet again without charge. I got excellent service and I highly highly recommend them.

I had an issue with my iPhone and they fixed it on the spot with no issues. The guy that works there is nice and really knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store and will use them in the future!

After an incredibly frustrating experience at the Apple store, where I'd made an appointment to have my screen replaced only to be told they were "done taking repairs for the day" and I could try again tomorrow, I decided on a whim to check at this store. I walk in, the woman behind the counter asks how she can help, I show her my phone, she says $130. I agree to the price, she says the repair will take 20 minutes, and she thinks they can solve the issue of a quieter than normal earpiece at the same time. I go next door and grab some dinner, coming back 20 minutes later to a perfectly repaired iPhone. She asks me to check all features to make sure they work, and offers to have me call their store phone to verify the earpiece works better, which it entirely does. So after an hour of fighting with Apple reps with no interest in making it right, in 20 minutes I have a fixed phone, for $70 less than Apple wanted to charge me, and better customer service than I'd have had at their store. The next time I have an issue I'm coming to the folks at Cellairis instead, and leaving Apple out altogether.

I was recently at Cellairis twice. I'll admit my first visit was on a whim as I was at LVM and needed a better case for my iphone. Walked in and talked with Eric, and 15 minutes later had new screen protector and a great case. A week later I decided to add a wireless charger that I'd gotten on Amazon. Again, walked in without appointment and he graciously set that up for me and got it working and then even installed a new high capacity battery. So for a total investment around $140 and 30 minutes, my phone is renewed. What's more I learned several things as he worked on it and taught me. It can be done. Without long waits. Without great expense. Friendly and even educational service. These guys know what they're doing and stock all the parts and offer the repair services that the manufacturer offers.

Excellent service. They will go above and beyond to help you with your phone repair needs. Highly recommend if you need anything repaired on your iphone. Walked in today and they got my phone working after it was submerged in water for ten minutes.

I cracked the screen of my iPhone 7 and wasn't ready to upgrade the phone, so I wandered into Cellairis today to see about replacing the screen. The service was excellent, fast, reasonably priced and I am extremely happy with the end result! I would recommend this store without hesitation!
