I don’t usually leave reviews but this place is just that BAD. I’ll never go to this location again, it’s ALWAYS a hassle shipping something here when it’s very SIMPLE anywhere else I go, all of the employees here are rude and unhelpful. Don’t waste your time coming here I will purposefully go out of my way to go elsewhere.

They made it very easy to ship some things. I didn’t have a box, the process was simple, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

One would hope that opening a new location would mean giving updated training to your employees... not here.Called and Jenn picked up; I was in need of your flat rate international 10kg and 25kg boxes.I am aware that this is for account holders only.I am also aware that certain bozes may not be available at all locations.However Jenn had no idea what I was talking about; and it's OK that she didn't, if it's not something you are use to talking about, why would you know about it.The failure was how she addressed and handled the question.Customer service is what makes a customer drive a few extra miles and pay a few extra dollars.If i wanted to be made to feel embarrassed, humiliated, or disrespected... I would have gone to Staples.Learn your business Jenn, I don't get paid to teach you your job.

This is my fedex office. PERIOD! Excellent service! And I have been using this store way before they moved to this new location. Used to be close to Ashley store.

Rude & impatient clerk. The woman with glasses and green or blue in her hair doesn’t know how to speak with customers. It was my first time using Fed Ex to send mail vs UPS. She was demanding & annoyed I didn’t know the process. She also wasn’t transparent with me as far as what she was doing. I almost walked out with my receipt bc I just didn’t want to be there anymore. She just said “Do you not want your receipt.” No empathy or courtesy. Very rude. I’ll stick with UPS, they have patience & courtesy.

We went to pick up an order that was placed on Sunday, 3/19. It stated in my email - "Please note that most jobs go into production within 15 minutes of receipt." It also stated that the order would be completed by 1pm the next day. We arrived at 1pm and was told that it was not ready. One of the machines were down. The person continued to complain that they had 3 other orders. Then asked if we wanted to cancel the order. I said, no we needed to post them for a hiring event. We were told to come back in 30 minutes and they might be done. Poor customer service. I expect so much more from FedEx.

Superb service. Great customer service from staff, especially from Mr. Tom, who made sure my package, being shipped back to an old cable company, was packaged and shipped. Also nice were his co-workers, Gen and Christina.However, I must add that my GPS kept taking me to their old location, so if you can, call ahead and ask for a landmark. To make it easier to find. I only happened to finally find them when I gave up and was heading back to banfield Hospital to get my pets and notice them along my route and quickly swerved in. 5 stars for fast and superb service with no long lines that day? ⭐️ ? ⭐️ ?

The clerk shuffled my papers around and asked for a manual sorting fee. Ended up getting a refund for everything. I’m shocked at how checked out the clerk and manager both were!Full story - A team member named Tom did a great job printing some architectural prints i emailed to him. He left them at the desk for me to pick up in a day or two.When I came to pick up, Deserey presented them to me. I noted they were printed on paper too large and was concerned if I was charged for that. She said no and that she could cut them. I asked her to go ahead and cut them to size so they’d fit in the packing tube.She brought them back out and they were not in correct order (5 copies of a 9 page print so 45 large sheets of construction prints). I asked her if she changed the order she said “yes.” After realizing she wasn’t going to explain further, I asked “why?” She replied “because I had to cut them.” I asked if she had not simply cut the paper and then stacked them back in order. She confirmed she had not. My first shock came here thinking this is a print center; keeping printed documents in order seems like it should be part of the service.I told her I would have to lay out 45 massive sheets of paper on the floor to sort them and that I didn’t think I should have to do it. She stared at me blankly. I asked if she would put them back in order. She said there would be a large “manual sorting” fee or something. I said “but YOU put them out of order!” She still didn’t seem to get the picture “I know,” she replied.Fed Up, I asked for a refund. Manager came out, and I was expecting him to ask why I was returning $250 of prints (!!). He didn’t even ask. They just threw it all away and didn’t seem to care about the missed revenue. Deserey wasn’t angry nor did she have an attitude; it just seems like lights were on but no one here was home.I expect to follow up with Tom, the gentleman who took my order on the phone a day before, to at least thank him and let him know how it ended up but if any regional manager looks at these reviews I hope you will give some guidance to the folks on-site.

I’m a realtor. The employees broke their backs to get me my brochures before noon today in order to help meet my deadline. The brochures turned out beautiful. I am so grateful & happy!
