Today Tuesday September 9th I went in with my three boys. She right away helped us and was so nice! She sized my twin boys little feet! She then looked online for me to see if shoe was in stock and placed the order for me to ship to my house! She was so nice to my kids and me! She helped me so much because it was so easy to order with her instead of online! I’m so excited to receive my kids shoes! She’s great hope she’s there whenever I go back!

Thursday I had a wonderful encounter with a worker by the name Didi. She helped me find a great shoe for my sons birthday. When I showed him today he was so happy Didi you’re a lifesaver.

***HORRIBLE experience, Kids Footlocker is way too big of a cooperation not to be able to handle something as simple as refund. I placed an order IN PERSON with them for the first time because they did not have my size and so the gentleman recommended I order them and gave me a turnaround time frame of 3-5 days (that was on 3/14/21) Well needless to say it’s been 3 WEEKS, and I NEVER received a call or confirmation email to inform me about my order. I had to go in person to get my receipt and when they tracked my order they told me it had been CANCELLED because they did not have the shoes available at the warehouse. I waited all this time for them to tell me it’s been cancelled?? Asked for a refund and it took them an HOUR to figure that out to only ask me if I could come back tomorrow because it was going to take 24 hours! This whole experience was such an inconvenience in so many ways and I’m rated it one star simply because the manager who tried to help me today refunded my money and was willing to resolve the issue on HIS on time and not on mine which I appreciated. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED Kids Footlocker, customer service was POOR, never again.***
