Cynthia helped us and she was wonderful! We were getting bridesmaid dresses and they didn’t have another small at the location but she found another location that had it and called for us! Super nice!!

Only reason I’m giving two stars is because I actually like Francesca’s products. Other than that, lost three stars because the manager is really rude and has such an attitude. Really unpleasant to be around in the store.

Manager is normally extremely helpful/friendly when I’ve made purchases in the past. I recently ordered 3 dresses that ended up being too big so I brought them in for a return. I was instantly greeted with attitude, huffing and puffing “you’re returning the whole order?”. She never asked if anything was wrong with the order or if she could help me find something different. Such an unprofessional and uncomfortable experience.

I had a fantastic experience with this store. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I ordered online and returned my items in-store, not realizing that the prices were different. However, the team was quick to assist, ensuring I received the correct amount and didn't lose any money. The manager, in particular, was patient, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Highly recommend!

Very rude employee and manager. I tried to return some clothes I bought online. They told me that the online site was different from an in-person shop, so I needed a receipt (which I was unaware of ) to show proof of purchase. They were very impatient and had an attitude when they had to manually return my purchases to my card. Manager must have been in her 30s or 40s and acting as if she were a teenager with smug attitude and immaturity. Kinda sad how being a manager of a teenage girls clothing store is the only way to fill the void of being young again. Act your age. I would have returned the clothes myself If I knew they would be too lazy to do their job :)

I went with my family and a ginger girl with braids was talking about extremely innapriopate topics and very loudly my family was so disturbed we had to leave. The two girls kept laughing at my daughter when shed look over and it made her uncomfortable.

I walked in and there was THREE women behind the customer service desk. 2 didn't make eye contact and the other older one looked at me up and down in judgement. The store is the size of a closet. They couldn't miss me. No hello. I continued to look around despite the failure to be welcoming. I had been wanting to visit for years but never had the time. A lady came out of the dressing room and they were highly attentive to her. I thought, surely they'd ask me if I needed any assistance at this point. Big NOPE. I decided to put the items back that I had selected and walk out. Maybe, they'd atleast say goodbye I said to myself. Another big NOPE. Extremely disappointed.

FANTASTIC customer service!!! I had initially called the Center Valley location to see whether a dress I was looking for was in stock and was met with such a rude and condescending response. The woman from the Whitehall location, however, was the total opposite! She went out of her way to look up the dress and, when the website was down, had me text her a picture instead — completely above and beyond! I would need we have expected her to suggest this option! It wasn’t in stock, but she suggested another store I could try that always gets new items in first before the other stores. Absolutely amazing customer service! Come to this location, NOT center valley!!!

I stopped by Francesca in Lehigh Valley Mall and the store looked fabulous! Presentation looks good. Customer service was on point! Very impressed with the stores new and improved look!

This store is the best! Every time I come in I am always greeted by the most wonderful staff, always there if I have any questions. They have never ending sales going on and the employees are there to help you find anything you need (they always help me find exactly what I’m looking for!). They make you feel special and put you first! I am happy to give this boutique five stars, they deserve it!! You guys are awesome! :)
