I have only been there twice, both times within the last month, and it was a good experience both times. I didn't feel like I was being hawked over like a shoplifter, was helped when I needed it, and the salesperson who rang my daughter's clothes up (both times) was very helpful and polite. As we left the store I told my husband I was going to make it a point to write a review because it is seldom we go into a hip teen clothing store and have such a good experience.

The male manager had such a stank attitude. Asked for a dressing room and he was so rude huffed and puffed even threw the clothes I told him didn’t work out behind him on the register. I also asked him for a certain pant style and told me he would grab it never came back. I normally have a great experience here. He needs to maybe have a couple of days off or something. Terrible customer service.

The store is organized, the vibe is definitely there, and the staff was nice too - we got a 10% discount signing up for the rewards program thing they have.
The music was a bit too loud though but it was good music - definitely the type you could expect at a Hollister lol.

The clothes are wonderful and the store was organized but the sales associates seemed quite miserable. Particularly the young woman with glasses and straight dark hair. Sales associates didn't greet us when we walked in either. Felt super uncomfortable shopping in here and the store was SO DIRTY. Several inches of dust on the surface board and the mirrors were covered in dust and other misc stuff. Had an allergy attack in there lol

Wallah the prices bit extreme, but anything to make my daughter happy!! Way better than the store across called tilly… staff was nice and respectful ? fi dunya wal akhirah ❤️

Great store for college aged kids. Sales associates were super friendly, helpful and they had a lot of clothes to choose from for my picky shopper.

Listen i don't hate Hollister but you're funny if you think buying anything here at full price is worth it. I'm talking 50 bucks for a pair of jeans or 30 for a shirt. Pro tip: download the app and keep an eye out for site wide sales. That way you can get the clothes you love for much cheaper.
