Gigi gave the best customer service I’ve ever had at any Journey’s! Friendly, knowledgeable, and so patient, she even took the time to teach us how to lace up super-tall Converse with a smile. Absolutely outstanding.

The customer service is subpar. Went in around opening, and the one employee didn't even acknowledge the presence of any of the customers, let alone offer greetings. Getting her to help was like pulling teeth literally. If you don't want to polite or deal with people their are plenty of other places to work.

I had called a few times and different people s answered none of them can give you the right information they lie over the phone to people I had inquired about uggs clear boots they said to come in they would order them liars s I went there yesterday it was a total waste of time going there and wasting gas when I went to the store they said they couldnt order my size when they said they could I would give them zero stars if I could they are a horrible business and lie to you period .better buying uggs on line they know what there doing

Terrible communication with this company. They told me I’d be able to return a damaged item via mail and to just call back customer service whenever I ship my item out so that they can expedite the return. When I called and told them I shipped the damaged item they basically told me I had to go to the store and get my refund. That is not what I was told the first time. Just wish someone was honest with me!!

It's absolutely outrageous that only managers get commission and all the workers there don't make anything? Come on Journey take care of your employees it's so sad I work in retail and it's completely different where I work. Managers get bonuses and associates get commission that's the way it should be!!! I would never let my child work for journey

If you order online and have to return the item via mail, they will deduct $7.99 from the purchase price. I will not order online again. Also, you have to print the label. I don't have access to a printer so this is a huge inconvenience. Lastly, the item took a while to receive. I will not order from them again. I found a site that does not charge for returns.

The people that work here are very helpful and the selection is great! I couldn't decide between a pair of converse sneakers or a pair of vans and the girls working helped me pick my vans that I wear hard and are still kicking!
