My experience at Kay Jewelers is always great. I have made several purchases there through out the years. Melissa helped me this week with upgrading my wedding ring, my fiancé’s ring, and a birthday day gift for my fiancée. She made my experience personable. She was very helpful, patient, and friendly . Melissa at the Lehigh Valley Mall just hit superhero status. We ran into the store with only 15 minutes to work with. We gave her a price range, a specific stone, and the kind of jewelry we were looking for and all within our time limits, she sent us back out the door with the perfect gift, and even gift wrapped it. Melissa, you're the best!

Horrible, horrible, horrible experience over and over again with my engagement ring. The ring has been sent out more than it has been on my finger this past year. On top of that, the customer service has been absolutely terrible.

Rhonda was an absolute DREAM to work with! She worked hard to try and find a ring I fell in love with as an engagement ring enhancer, but unfortunately it was not sold in the gold I was looking for. She then continued my search with me for a dual band that would accent my engagement ring. She was super sweet and personable. She did not try to upsell which I appreciated. As we were finishing up and she was getting paperwork together, she had run my engagement ring through the cleaner. My engagement ring came out looking brand new, and I walked out of the store thrilled! I am so happy with her patience, her opinion, her attention to detail, and her honesty with what she thought looked good with my engagement ring. I can’t wait to go back to get them all cleaned up, sized, and ready to go for my big day in October! Thank you SO much for hands down the BEST jewelry experience I have had. #happybridetobe
