I walked into the Loft store at Lehigh Valley Mall, where Jocee greeted me with a smile and asked what I was looking for. She was very respectful and professional. Later, the manager Janette, also assisted me, offered a discount, and spoke very kindly. Both of them are great associates, and I appreciate their help. Thanks a lot!

My friends and I stopped here on Saturday and we had such a great and wonderful experience. The customer service from Janet was fantastic! My friend had been looking for a shirt for a family picture and this was our last store. We had already been to every store in the mall and nothing. My friend left Loft with at least 5 shirts! Definitely recommend coming here! Will for sure be coming back again.

Just visited for the first time in my life and was pleasantly surprised to find a great combination of quality products, fair prices, and excellent customer service.I didn’t catch her name but big shoutout to the associate who provided in depth information & honest opinions on a variety of clothing pieces! I was honestly surprised with how patient and genuine she was in walking around the store/helping me find a Christmas gift for my sister. Much appreciated!

I went here to find some work clothes and the cashier got unreasonably annoyed with me because I said no thank you when she asked me to sign up for their marketing emails. Just unbelievable. Please don’t take out your frustrations on the customers. Have some respect and professionalism.

Today the Loft had a wonderful selection of winter, transitional and spring clothing. Their jewelry is beautiful. I had a cell phone offer for 60% online purchases. They honored the 60% discount in the store!! It was a great shopping day?

I am so surprised that the reviews state they have great customer service here, because I had the absolute opposite experience. I love Loft and always get my business outfits there but the managers/employees (who refused to provide me their names) at the Lehigh Valley Mall store 1581 are very rude to their customers and have terrible attitudes. Not willing to help and make personal, unprofessional comments that should not be made to any customer. Please change your employees at this location for a better customer service - makes me not want to come back!

I like Loft I always shop from them but customer service terrible at LOFT 1581 Lehigh valley mall store!!! Also if you made your purchase online don’t go to the store for returns (even though their policy says you can) cuz they will roll their eyes and not want to help you!
