About Banter by Piercing Pagoda
Banter by Piercing Pagoda offers a generally positive experience for customers looking to get ears or noses pierced. The staff are friendly, patient, and professional, making both adults and children feel comfortable. One reviewer praised the store manager for kindness despite frustrations with the company's warranty policies. The team, including specific staff members, are noted for their helpfulness and ability to keep customers involved in the process. For children, the experience is especially enjoyable, with staff providing reassurance and encouragement, and even giving treats like lollipops. However, there was a mention of one employee being rude and another dressed inappropriately, which was a minor issue in an otherwise good service environment. Overall, customers appreciate the quick service, thorough explanations, and caring attitude of the staff, making Banter a recommended place for piercing needs.
