I am really disappointed and ticked off. I placed an order online. Three tubes of nail glue and a fungal product.
Notifications were via email and text. Got the text saying the order was ready. None of the Sally stores near us have those products so we had to go to the Whitehall, PA store. That is over ninety miles and about two and a half hours round trip.
Our credit card has a temporary authorization of the full amount.
We got to the store and there is NO glue at all.
The manager of the Whitehall store is the one that pulled the order. The manager didn't call, and didn't even come out to apologize. The cashier was very surprised that we did not get a text saying there was an issue with the order.
90 miles. 2.5 hours of driving. Wasted.

A while back I came in with highlights UNTONED. when I went tho this Sallys I was told to use the highlight kit and come back after to see which toner would be best for hair. I come in and this man with glasses basically SHAMES my highlights. He made me purchase my natural color, which I did not want. I went to another Sallys, a girl gave me a toner AND MY HIGHLIGHTS TURNED OUT SO GOOD? This man is notourious. for giving rude/ shameful/ unnecessary remarks! and it NEEDS TO BE STOPPED. its SO rude and SO unprofessional..

Not happy with my recent visit. Shyla was very rude and not a friendly employee at all! Definitely will not be visiting this Sally’s in the future.

I just wanted permanent black hair dye, after the man essentially made me buy way more products then needed (literally placed them on counter and scanned them.) I got home and used all the products he told me to use, didn’t do anything to my hair. He had made me get a bunch of stuff to mix to get the fading color out of my hair which didn’t work, then the permanent black hair dye which he swore by didn’t even change my hair color slightly. needless to say i will not be returning to this establishment.

I bought a $180 babylis trimmer and it did not come with a charger. When I called the store the girl told me to come in. When I drove 20mins there, the girl said she couldn’t help me because the item was used, and that I need to contact the manufacturer to get a new charger. Absolutely useless.

Last night I walk in with my son who plays high school football. He needed to bleach his hair for playoffs?♀️. I had no clue what I needed or what to do. The woman working not only had everything I needed within seconds, but she gave me full verbal instructions on how to bleach hair. I went home confident and now have a blonde son lol. Go Bulldogs! Thank you!!

Drove an hour away to see a sign on the door that it’s closed for a break. I called and he said I’d have to wait a half hour. There’s nothing that says this anywhere to know ahead and I asked to speak to a manager & was told he was in-fact the manager, that they are short staffed that he’s the only one working. I understand people need breaks but other people have schedules and things to do. I’m a nurse, I don’t even get to pee. Will not be back.

Whent and they closed early at 730 pm when they were in store and did not whant to open really bad service please change your hours online if you not open till the hours you have on your site
