I checked this store last September to potentially buy a new bed and got Christina. She was very nice and helpful in order to make up my mind for the right bed. I went again today and purchased the bed. She was there, same person with her helpfulness and niceness. Good store to buy a good quality bed!

My purchase from Sleep Number was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. After a year-long search for a good mattress, I decided to try a Sleep Number. Steve at Sleep Number in Whitehall was great. He took his time with us, let us try out all of the options, clearly explained the differences between different models, and made sure all of our questions were answered. Best of all, Steve helped us save money by giving us several options based on different promotions that were ongoing at the time. Even after we left the store, Steve took the time to get right back to me on the phone with other questions I had and a change I wanted to make to the order. I am a very, very satisfied customer.

Mattresses are not competitively priced, nor are sheets and pillowcases or pillows. Friendly, non pushy salesperson greeted us and was friendly. This place needs to sell bed frames without extended corners to go bump in the middle of the night. They don't.
