We recently purchased a Sleep Number P/SE mattress and a Flexfit1 adjustable frame. We didn't purchase on our first visit to the store, but, decided to wait to see if they went on sale. Our Sleep Number team member (Christina), was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. She kept in touch, and let us know when the items we wanted went on sale. We drove to the store and purchased, the same day she called, and bought the mattress and frame at a substantial savings. Best of all, we were able to get a one week delivery date. So far, the new bed has been a dream to sleep on. No more sore back in the morning.Thanks Christina.Joe & Barb

We had a wonderful experience in the White Hall sleep number store purchasing a bed. Christina followed up with me during the week and we discussed meeting on the weekend. When we arrived she was there ready and showed us all the different beds and the different features and also was very knowledgeable about the deals and sales. I was very impressed by this and it offered us a significant discount that was not actually listed. It was a special weekend thing for public service. I highly recommend going here and I will update once I have my bed.

My wife and I stopped in to see the specials that were going on. We had a few quick questions we wanted to ask. Unfortunately they only had 3 people working and they were already helping other people. We waited 35 minutes and were not helped. When someone is testing a bed, it's not difficult to ask another customer " Do you have a question or something I can help with in between." We already have a sleep number bed and wanted to ask about the bases. Now they've lost a sale and possible repeat business.

Sales people were fantastic very thorough and no high pressured sales let you try many different things with the mattresses and never once felt like i had to buy right then and there actually went back the next day truly a fantastic experience.
