I was in this store yesterday and had a return. The manager gave me a hard time she didn't want to give me a cash refund even though I had my receipt. I purchased this item online and was told that I could return it if it didn't fit by the sales clerk who ordered it for me. I had order 2 different sizes and was told I could return the one that didn't fit . I would not shop here again. The shirt that did fit had a tear in it and I sewed it cause I liked the shirt. The clothing is cheap. Just beware that the sales clerk may tell you something that is not true and you may end up with an item you don't need or want

I had a wonderful experience at Tillys this afternoon. The manager was extremely helpful in making my return and exchange an easy and smooth process. She also found a pair of shorts for me in my size that I didn't see. Thank you so much for the incredible customer service!

i never make reviews but in this instance i have to. im a very shy person, so when i go shopping id like it to be a smooth experience. at this store, when i walked in today i wasnt greeted at all. there was a group of boys around my age who seemed to work there and instead of helping me they kind of just stared at me and kept talking to each other. it made me very uncomfortable. i had to wait for a fitting room as well and tried to catch their attention for what felt like forever. and when i did eventually get into the fitting room, there was hangers on the floor clothes hung up. overall didnt end up buying anything but definitely did not feel welcome at this place?

I visited Tilly's last week and experienced disaster. Not a single employee offered too help me. The staff are full of clueless teenagers and have no idea how to do their job. The store was a mess and clothes where everywhere. Lack of professionalism and a store ran by children.

Went to this store today, staff was very unattentive and unhelpful. Disappointed honestly because I was hoping to find something nice for my son but I could not because of how much of a mess this place was.

this location is so damn messy. There were dust bunnies on the sweatshirt I tried on and NOTHING WAS FOLDED or ORGANIZED which made me have a hard time picking out what I wanted.This location use to be good but the quality of service and cleanliness is now POOR. never shopping at this location again

Today I was so impressed by a young man's customer service. My daughter wanted a vest up high and he proceeded to take down every single one in order to find her size . He did so gladly and with zippo attitude and while opening dressing rooms for others. I have received attitude for far less from other stores. She even ended up not getting the vest because they didn't have her size , he maintained his good attitude even though he did all that work for nothing. I wish I would have caught his name so he could get recognition. I really appreciated the good customer service as it is really rare these days .The girl who checked us out was also very pleasant.

Nice store, decent clothes at a relatively decent price. Unfortunately Tilly’s as a brand doesn’t make pants longer than a 32” inseam. So if you’re any taller than like 5’10 you’re gunna have cold ankles tryna shop here

I had a wonderful experience shopping in your store. The associates helped me locate a sneaker. They were so helpful and displayed excellent customer service. (Which is rare nowadays) I will definitely be back to buy more stuff

So I went to Tillys 8/31 spent over $200 first time in the store, when I got home 1 1/2 away I noticed I was missing a long sleeve T-shirt, called the store they said they would get back to me had to review the footage bc of the Labor Day weekend took a little longer, no problem, I got a call back today 9/5 saying they reviewed the footage and that the shirt did go in the bag bc it was the last item they scanned, I have the receipt the long sleeve was one of the 4 items first to be scanned, so not only did they lie to me but their not going to refund me or do anything about the situation needless to say I told her I won't be back and here's the bad review.
