This store is a rip off. I have brought several Amazon returns here and sometimes they tell me it needs a bid and other times it doesn't. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to this and my Amazon return says nothing. And of course they rip you off $11 for a 30 cent box. Not shipping anything from this store anymore nor bringing Amazon returns here

I was greeted when I came in , the employee treated me with such respect and care I wish I knew her name. She allowed me to borrow a pen , and she was so kind we had a full conversation. She really made my first time experience at ups delightful

I had the BEST experience in the store with Soondis! She made my trip pleasant by ensuring low effort on my part. I was greeted with a smile and she built a natural rapport with me through conversation. She literally set the tone for my day. The Whitehall, Pa store is definitely the one to go to!
