“I’ve been bringing my babies Rosie and Luna here for about maybe two or three years now, and must I say this place and the workers are truly amazing , I’ve been helped numerous times with both of my girls and the assistants here are truly kind souls and so are the doctors, their always gentle with my girls, dr. Paul and dr.Gretchen have helped my girls so many times and put my cat mom stressors at ease, I really don’t know what I would do if this place wasn’t here, I will never bring my girls anywhere else unless I really have too, the fact this place specifically is for cats only makes me content ??, yes no vet visit is cheap but I’ll always bring my babies here for as long as they live, Rosie ( calico )and Luna ( tuxedo) love Allentown kitty clinic !!! And so do their mommy and grandma!!! .”

“I love this office. Super fast to get you in when there's a sick visit, and respond to messages very quickly. My only critique is that there's only one vet, so when they're closed for vacation, you do need to have a backup plan, but there's always plenty of notice and reminders to make sure you pick up any prescriptions ahead.Priced a bit higher than some other local vets but the office and staff are great.”
“The entire staff at Alburtis Animal Hospital is exceptional. I called for an appointment for an issue with Kimber's ear. Scheduling an appointment could not have been easier and Kimber was seen in a timely manner. The technician was professional and asked questions related to our visit. Dr. Klemp was very thorough examining Kimber. Dr. Klemp cleaned Kimbers ears and prescribed treatment. One week later, I received a follow up call from the office asking how Kimber was doing. I highly recommend Alburtis Animal Hospital. It is apparent they care about their patients.”

“My pup has kidney disease that causes weakness in her back legs. We had our consultation and got some home exercise to do that day along with a plan to treat her. Stella has had one 7 minute treatment and I swear she's already walking better! The staff and team and doctor are all great and knowledgeable!”

“THOROUGH is an understatement. Dr. Kara Ballek took care of my first mini schnauzer and was able to diagnose him with Addisons when he was with his former parents before I adopted him. Addisons requires a lot of care and she provided a treatment plan that worked great with my lifestyle as a first-time-dog-owner. Even though Creekview Veterinary Hospital is out of the way from where I live, I continue to take my current mini schnauzer puppy to them because of how thorough they are and how reasonably priced they are. Kara will go through pricing, treatment options, and give you options for special programs from vet drug manufacturers. Her prices for flea and tick medications come within a few dollars of major online retailers and her wellness visit medical exam fee has not increased in the 5 years I've taken my dogs to her. Which is not the case for almost any other vet in the area. She also provides a dropbox for you to leave your stool sample if you're like me and always forget to bring it to the appointment. She also has a pickup box for medications that need to be picked up after hours or on days they're not open. On top of that, her team is constantly monitoring email. I have asked so many ridiculous first-time-dog-owner questions over email and her team is always prompt and respectful in their replies. They'll give the best advice for your animal!”
“Unfortunately I had to put my life long cat to rest last night and this facility was amazing. They promptly got me in for my emergency and took such great care of us. They viewed my cat and talked me through options. When we had to make the hard decision to put him down, the staff took care of my daughter in another room and were so kind to my family. Thank you for your service and I highly recommend this facility.”
“I'm very happy with the care and service our dog Larry has received here. The practice is clean, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, vets are very professional and show expertise and compassion. They review your treatment options up front with pricing. Their app is very easy to use and you can chat with a vet 24/7. Wait times are minimal and it's easy to get an appointment. I highly recommend.”

“This is my 15 y/o dog’s regular vet since 2019. We followed Dr. Betz from a previous office.She’s a healthy 15 y/o because I take pride in her health.Dr. Betz recognizes my passion & dedication to do everything WE can. I admire her for making my visits feel more like a team discussion.She listens to every detail.I recently transferred my 2 cats that have completely different personalities around strangers, not one hiss from either of them during their routine vaccine visit.The waiting room is always peaceful, and the front desk is calm, friendly & approachable.(Thank you Doug & Brooke at the front for your patience and for following up with any question, returned call, or email response in a timely manner)This entire office deserves the same big hug, not just Dr. Betz.I believe the hours were recently extended & a new vet was added to their team to help more pawrents receive medical care for their fur-babies without waiting for weeks like other vet offices.Come prepared, ask your questions, listen to your vet, understand that this staff is here to help, and don’t be afraid to ask more questions.”

“I have been coming to VCA since I was a very young kid with my mom and dad. My family has always brought our dogs here. Currently, as an adult, I have a mixed breed & a German Shepard I bring. They have always been just an amazing group of people. The staff is awesome. Believe it or not, there is a lady that works the front desk that has been there 30+ years. She actually remembers my mom and dog we had when I was like 10 years old. I'm currently 45. That's awesome! I highly recommend it!”

“I'm currently fostering a dog for a local animal shelter. The dog developed a significant medical issue that needed to be addressed immediately. Walbert Animal Hospital stayed open after their normal closing time of 12 noon on a Saturday as a courtesy to the shelter. They were extremely helpful and professional in addressing the dog's emergency. 5 stars for the staff of Walbert.”

“Jax, 10 year old Boston, had an esophageal obstruction from a treat he was given since a puppy. But not this time. Dr Esser was fantastic and Dr Carter was able to remove the obstruction with tenacity. No surgery!! Kudos to the staff and doctors!! Jax is coming home. Guess what, not that treat again!! Love to all!!”
