By far the best customer experience I had with a jewelry store in the Lehigh valley mall. The team there is effortless in ensuring that you understand the quality, craftsmanship, and value that is within the jewelry. I was treated with the upmost respect as the team knew I was well informed on the jewelry business. I walked out in less than an hour paying full upfront as the quality, clarity, and pricing was irresistible on the piece I selected.

My experience at this location was phenomenal and I will be coming back for as long as I live here. Connie was profesional, attentive and very helpful. She went above and beyond with my new order and all necessary adjustments to my existing Zales pieces. I got exactly what I was looking for and I walked away with tremendous amount of gratitude to her for spending a lengthy time with me over two days to get everything together. Angelina and her are a dynamic team working together to make you feel like family. Zales should be very proud of them for their dedication and hard word.

Connie was great, she actually cleaned my wifes ring thoroughly on her 6 month diamond bond inspection. This rarely happens. Excellent customer service. Thank you Connie, my wife was very pleased.

The women who work here are so sweet and amazing! Engagement ring and men’s band were bought here and we are very happy with the lifetime warranty for both. Never have had an issue sending it to get resized or cleaned or tightened. Very professional service here all around. Highly recommend

Do not order anything that has a chain online. My order was delivered a tangled mess. Customer service tells me it's from how it was handled during shipping. Makes sense.
