She is an absolute pleasure to talk to, and honestly seems like she really loves what she does and cares about you as a customer as well as a person. I really appreciate that State Farm still has local agents that you can speak with rather than having to access everything through an app or by calling an 800 number and speaking with someone at a call center who knows where. “I started this policy so long ago I don't remember doing it. I moved away from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh in 2020, and the agency still supports me. Good thing too, because after about 3 months living here, an unlicensed driver totaled my car. Very disconcerting. The agency helped me through every step of the process and I've been driving the replacement for nearly two years, so fingers crossed (at every intersection). A quick non insurance related story: At some point the process of changing a tire changed from what I'd learned in the late 90's. Eric was happy to help when I called back in 2014, and now I know to mule-kick a tire after removing the lug-nuts. Cathy has been with me since I started the policy, so kudos to her for keeping me insured and in the loop for all the changes that have happened in my life.”
“I had an issue with my title and the ladies at Hendrix auto tags were helpful and patient with the process of getting it fixed. They were also very kind to my children as I couldn’t leave them behind to do this errand. The process to do an out of state transfer was quick.”

“I'm a member of drivewise, they say it gives you savings on your insurance rate. Sometimes I find it inaccurate of posting the correct information . Just yesterday I used my car phone hands-free and it stated that I used my cell phone. As of yet I have seen no discount in my policy for using drivewise. I have not seen any discount . My new policy is due in December . Let's see if there's any discounts then . I jumped from insurance company to increase insurance company looking for the cheapest rate. Just hope my policy has some discounts for this 6 month coming up that's due.”
