“My husband and I went to Raymour & Flanigan in Southampton a few weeks ago looking for a new sofa and oversized chair. Maya greeted us and was very professional. We told her everything we wanted down to the sizes and she walked us through everything, and showed us furniture that was met our criteria. She was friendly and professional and I will always recommend the Southampton branch and Maya to everyone...
Thank you Maya for everything

“Sales rep Jim B. was helpful and friendly. He was able to answer our questions and allowed us to browse without making us feel like we needed to rush. Best experience shopping for furniture in a long time.”
“My husband and I had another very good experience today at Fehrenbach Clock Shop.
We had 2 cuckoo clocks repaired earlier this year and clocks were working perfectly afterwards.
My husband recently broke both clocks --- pulling the chain too swiftly resulting in the clock mechanism getting jammed and not sure what he did to the other clock.
Today we stopped by the clock shop and we were helped by Taylor. He was great and so helpful. He looked at both clocks and was able to quickly diagnose the problems, he freed the jammed clock and then explained the problem with the other clock and was able to get it to work properly since it was a simple leveling issue.
Thank you, Taylor, we appreciate your time, help and explanation regarding how our cuckoo clocks work.
We will definitely be coming back again when the clocks need maintenance.
Thanks again!”
“This is second time in two months visiting this store. The staff were very nice and knowledgeable. The store is well staged and clean. All questions were answered to our satisfaction. One of the best antique stores I’ve ever visited. The store has three floors, so i’m confident you’ll find something to your liking. Will visit again.”

“Recently worked with sales rep Armando and had a great experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us space to make our decision. He was able to work on the cost and got us right where we needed to be. Highly recommend Armando at Ashley’s in Willow Grove.”
“Love this place. Great helpful staff. Beautiful art. My husband found a piece of framed art that he wanted but the price was too high even with the current discount. We found a smaller print version that had most of the principal characters and bought it. On the way out of the store, we found a larger version that was closer to the original art that he wanted but for a quarter of the price. The owner and staff member were very helpful in exchanging what we had purchased for the larger print. Will definitely shop here again.”
“Been shopping here since they opened and I can’t rave enough about their clothes. I love their style and quality of the fabrics in the clothes available here. You will always find a fun, unique piece of clothing that is durable and of the highest quality. It’s on the mid to high price range but it’s an investment in quality. They also have perfumes and lip balms that are amazing.”
“I love this store! Brought my whole family back to see all of the gems. Kids loved it but they made me a little nervous because it's packed with a lot of breakable items.”
“This is my favorite place to shop in Peddlers village. I got a giraffe yesterday and a gorgeous glass heart for my mom for mothers day. Their pieces are unique and last a long time.”

“Arrived on a Saturday afternoon to make an air plant terranium with my wife as a cute date. It was such a fun time. The store is beautiful ? staff is really helpful and nice. They have an entire area for making your own terranium and we had a blast, it was so much fun. The terraniums come in different shapes and sizes which also means prices vary. You can have additional decor for small uncharges, when you do things often with your partner it's hard to find things that are fun and date like. This was really alot of fun for the creative couples. It was lead by anyone. Staff showed you where everything was and allowed you to be. Reative all on your own which is a preference I have, such a cool idea. Really enjoyed it very much.”
“My mom and I had a fabulous time here at the Halloween wreath making class! Such a cool place to look around and shop as well. Sheryl is a very sweet lady who has such a passion and talent for crafts and floral design. She was great and made us feel so welcome! We will absolutely be back!”
“This was a fabulous experience! The sales staff were all friendly, helpful and patient. The Warminster store is packed with so many great and quality options. Our sales representative, Robert listened to our needs and offered great advice in making our choice. We have received our dinette set and it is more beautiful than we imaged it would be, perfect fit for our newly remodeled kitchen. If you are looking for a dinette set - kitchen, dining room or breakfast area - look no further - stop by and you will find what you want! Thanks and keep up the great work! ?”

“First time checking out Urbanlux and wow! The entire store is filled with such beautiful decor. The store owner was very friendly and helped me select a wonderful fusion paint color. She was able to answer all of my questions and really took the time to help me. I will definitely be back! Their custom wood work pieces are absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for home decor this place is where it’s at!”
“Always have what I need for the most part. Often don’t have crochet hooks or supplies that I’m looking for and the section on the wall is almost empty. Good deals on yarn though so I often come here to get more”
“A shop that is full of beautiful and well made alternatives to the mass produced items found all over. Whether it's finding something that is both beautiful and functional to make every day occurrences feel more special or a special card or small gift to let a friend know I'm thinking about them, the always shifting variety of items here has what I'm looking for. Bonus, a staff that really knows their stock, I can go in and say I need a suggestion for a gift for someone who's into x, y, and z and they have a variety of ideas to look at.”

“OK, so I see some interesting reviews on here. I recently visited this store on a day trip to Lambertsville. In all honestly, I wasn’t met with any of what’s been described. At one point, there were 5 of us, customers, and the store manager -or owner, I didn’t ask- was well, managing a very calm and polite dose of attention to each one of us, and she was alone doing it. I have to give her credit on that. What I enjoyed the most was the freedom to peruse without being followed, and help was available the moment I asked for it. I got the impression some of the customers were usual patrons on their usual stop by to check out new arrivals, and it just added to this feeling of a cool neighborhood spot. The store has a curated assortment of categories and brands, and it just smells heavenly in there.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and we all have days when we are over sensitive, I get that. I think this store carries the type of products that need time to be appreciated, some of them carrying a hefty price tag, and I paid attention to the fact that the person in charge remained at a distance allowing me to do so. Reserved? Not over talkative? Maybe. But not rude, quite the contrary, soft spoken, attentive and sharing tips and her knowledge of the products carried there.
All in all, it’s a super cute store that you must stop by when visiting this historical town.”
“Nice specialty store with lots of stuff. The prices on items was ok. If you are looking for stepping stones and special plaque this is the place. No covid restrictions”
“Had a great experience yesterday at BCG. Went to a private plant container making event.
Tracey and Bobbi were great - educational and professional . Very helpful in picking out the “thrillers, fillers & spillers” to fill our containers. I came home with a beautiful container. ?”
“The Celtic Rose is a wonderful store for all your special Irish gifts, clothes etc. The variety they offer reminds me of the quality shops in Ireland.Their customer service also feels like the service we received in Ireland. Marilyn and Sean were sweet and bent over backward to get me a particular item that I wanted.I am so glad that I found this shop!”
“Nicole generously shared her considerable expertise in dating and valuing a pair of old stained-glass windows removed from a historic church. A true professional who is passionate about her craft and a pleasure to work with.”

“The ambiance of Zinc Home + Garden is cozy and relaxing with artsy & vintage decorations. The product collection was various with reasonable price and great design which we can feel the owner has a good taste. However, it is kind of narrow-spaced that we had a concern when we shopped there during the pandemic.”
“My family and I get our Christmas tree from Kenny’s every year and we’ve never had a bad tree!! Everyone that works here is super friendly and helpful. Bill has helped us the past couple of years. We always appreciate his patience when we choose a tree. Not to mention if you’re lucky enough some of the workers will break out in song. Merry Christmas!”
“Within an hour of posting my review, Van the GM of Retail Operations contacted me and apologized for our experience and offered to do what it would take to keep us as customers. He was on vacation at the time of the events below and was actually investigating at the time I posted my review about 10 days later. We took Van up on his offer and are pleased with the result, we also appreciate Scott's efforts as well.
Our opinion is that our previous experience doesn't align with how Gasper's operates as a whole and we look forward to doing business in the future.
We saw a Christmas tree we liked at the Richboro location but the size we needed was out of stock there but was in stock at the York Road location about 20 minutes away. We drove directly there and purchased the tree. A few minutes later a warehouse employee came around front with our tree and it became immediately obvious that the box had been opened and re-taped a few times and had the word "Display" written on it as well. I went back into the store and informed the saleslady (Jeanie) and she told me "not to worry about it". Scott at Richboro said there were two trees at York Road so I asked to look at the second one and was directed to drive around to the warehouse.
The box of the second "new" tree was worse than the first and was also labelled "display". Inside, the tree was wrapped with dusty red ribbon which shouldn't have been there. I then opened the box of the tree I bought and found the same dusty ribbon on my "new" tree. So back to the sales desk. Besides Jeanie there was an older man with a beard that turned out to be the store manager but I didn't know that the time. I explained that both trees in stock were used and obviously had been part of a holiday display. My impression is that neither of the store employees were a bit concerned that they tried to sell me used merchandise. To make matters worse another employee was brought out to process my refund and wanted me to provide name, address, phone number, etc to process the return. I refused to provide the information and was informed it was store policy. I wonder why it isn't store policy to not sell used merchandise as new. We were visiting our daughter and live about 100 miles from the store, I'm glad I didn't take Jeanie's advice that the beat up old tree was something I shouldn't worry about.
Signed,
Lost customer.”
