“Recently we worked with Knobs and Knockers in Peddlers Village to order a complete new front door handle. The selection process was easy and the team at The store worked in coordination with our carpenter schedule to get us the unit in a timely manner. Unfortunately the manufacturer threw everyone a curveball by sending a product that was missing some essential parts! Matt, the store owner, handled this in the most professional way by reordering a new door handle set pronto and having their technician install it so we did not have to re-engage our carpenter at our expense. While I realize this was an exception to the norm to get a faulty unit, we were grateful that the Knobs and Knockers team stood behind us in every way in this event. I highly recommend this company!”
“I recently worked with Amber in the Warrington store on custom cabinetry for my primary bath remodel. She was outstanding in every respect. She went above and beyond to offer support, assistance and design advice. She even spent free time searching for various things to go along with my cabinet and hardware choices (light fixtures and bathroom accessories) and then emailed them to me. In addition, Amber helped to reassure me when I had a case of the last-minute jitters with my choices. She was always patient, sweet and generous with her time. Yes, our faucets were delayed much longer than we all anticipated and yet out of all the vendors we used for the different aspects of our kitchen you were the only one to keep me updated and posted along the way. You never once left me hanging and I thank you for that. Sometimes all it takes is keeping the customer informed and you did that amazingly well. It was appreciated.You were also amazing and super responsive when I wanted to order our cabinet hardware and then change the finish on the faucet order. “I really love Marshalls and HomeGoods. Even when I go to different malls, Marshalls is still one of my favorite stores, especially HomeGoods.
I can always find interesting things there, especially beautiful decor in so many different styles. They have a great variety, and the quality is usually very good too.
I especially love going to the Marshalls in Doylestown. It’s one of my favorite places to shop.”
