I called Dale on a Monday morning and went right in for an estimate, after receiving several high estimates from others. The car was dropped off on that Wednesday morning and ready for pick up that afternoon. You can’t even tell there was ever any damage done! I highly recommend the PDR repair. It was very reasonably priced, an exceptional repair, and was quick. We are very pleased with the whole process and will return for any future body work needs.”
“Had to get my Dodge charger towed from ivyland/warminster area to Lansdale sorta last minute so I could get my car to a tuner shop before it closed. They worked with me and we coordinated pick up and drop. Very smooth from start to finish and they took great care of getting my car on and off the tow truck. “I bought a 2007 toyota solara SLE from my neighbor 5 months ago. The car only had 47k. It needed TPMS sensors replaced, I think the pricing was reasonable with oil change. I took it again for milage oil change again this month. Once again reasonable, they are up front with you & if you car or truck needs something they will definitely tell you. So far so good.”
“I could complain about that it took three weeks to repair my car, for basic repairs after hitting a deer, and some lack of communication early in the process. But I’ll just take it that good bodyshops are just relatively busy.
But I’m very satisfied with the work, and they basically did a full detailing after the repair, which at least offset the pain of my deductible. Staff was pretty friendly and accommodating, and I’ll def use this team again the next time I run into deer.”

“as a professional auto repair establishment we've dealt with everyone at wrightstown used auto parts store for many years and have always had the best service that anyone could ask for. they have gone way beyond what i expect to help us out. this family run business deserves 10 plus stars. please if you read these reviews and make a decision based on what you read disregard the unfavorable review left by hummingbird007. obviously he has not dealt with these folks before. to expect the only person there to leave the business counter and phones unattended to walk out in a field to pick interior trim pieces off a vehicle in the rain is way beyond any normal persons reasonable expectation. for him there are plenty of u-pull-it part yards. joe derkits”

Stopped by sept 2025 to make a payment and explained what upset me last time I had been in an spoke with the owner John who 100% understood why I was upset and apologized and has done what needs to to help resolve my problem. I really appreciate what he said - communication is key and some how communication got lost and he apologized and things have been changed. Very happy they have yet again found my problem with a leak and ordered parts an doing their best to get it done in timely fashion as they do have other customers and we all have to be a little patient as sometimes parts take time to get or just to get a apart in or out of a car can be time consuming.
