“We booked on hotels.com so we had no idea there would be no one at the facility when we arrived. You call a phone number to check in. We were on a motorcycle trip and made last minutee reservations. We didn't know you were supposed to have your own linens or there's an extra charge. They were kind enough to waive that because we didn't know. The room was so cute and clean!”
