This place goes beyond a storage unit. The man running it takes care of his people. He is very understanding but he's also a business man. My mother was paying the rent for my unit and I would pay her the difference because she had things in my name. She forgot to pay the bill for two months so I paid it to open my unit. He was away on vacation but we got it paid over the phone and he had someone go first thing in the morning (Sunday) to open my unit. There was moisture damage and I hole in the ceiling. I let him know about the hole just in case it was actually leaking and he was very prompt to check it out. Even though it wasn't leaking, I still had damage and I didn't mind too much because it was my own fault. It's been a wet year and I should have known better. But he took care of us and helped us out. I have never been so thankful in my life. He saw it was a hard time and he stepped forward to help us. I will be forever grateful for this! If I ever need storage again, he'll be the first I contact.
