“They treated my car as if it were their very own baby. When I picked up my car I was struck by the beauty of it. They restored my car back to its original appearance and it looked perfect. You could not even tell there was any damage. And you know those little surface scratches you occasionally get by the door handle because you forget that you have your keys in your hand when you're opening the door? They even polished them out. My first contact was with Ty in sales and he graciously accepted my deposit. The following Saturday I travelled almost 4 hours, one way, on my quest for the vehicle. On arrival, I met Anthony in sales who was fantastic. Personable, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Both were knowledgeable about all kind of vehicles and body repair. If I lived on Gordonsville, PA I would have them work on fixing my car. Friendly and easy to deal with.”
“Fast service, and they don't try to oversell you on things you don't need. I came in for a standard inspection, oil change, and tire rotation, and reported that I had a noise in one wheel, and that my brake pedal would shake a little bit when they got hot. They checked everything, nothing was wrong with the wheel, rotors, brakes, nothing. I thought there was an issue so they could have easily charged me to have my rotors and brake pads replaced and I wouldn't have questioned it, but they didn't. The service was quick, as soon as your in for your appointment they almost immediately pull your car back. The wait was not too long and they have a great waiting area with a self checkout snack counter! My only issue was that when they had addressed that issue of the noise I heard (choppy tires) they had moved the tire that did that to a wheel they thought would be less bothersome but it had made it significantly worse. It's no longer a big deal as they have worn down further to a more uniformed surface, but for the month or so it was louder than ever was quite annoying. Nothing that hindered my ability to drive it safely and it wasn't worth my time to get it checked out again, but regardless could have been better. (I wouldn't blame it on them as the solution of moving the tire was of standard procedure of tire rotations, and they would have no way of knowing that it'd end up being louder. Absolutely no negligence involved with that it was simply an inconvenience.”

I went to Del Toyota for an routine work oil job etc because they told me there was recall on my airbag. They told me my less then two year old battery was almost dead. Tom confirmed it was fine as I suspected. He was courteous friendly and very efficinent. He went out of his way to help me. Thank you I will use you for any parts or supplies I need and never go to the dealer again!”

“I personally work for Pepboys and their parts department has gone way down hill. Simple stuff Pepboys doesn’t even carry anymore but Napa always seems to have. I recently needed a brake line fitting that 2 different Pepboys didn’t have, and even the dealer didn’t have. I stopped at Napa and had it within 1 minute. Hopefully Napa keeps this good reputation for years to come”
