The people I have dealt with have been pleasant but they can be slow and that is when they're open. They are closed so often! And they changed their hours. They have shorter days and closed on the weekends!

THE SLOWEST Truist. I'd rather drive to parkesburg then wait 15 minutes at the window to be taken care of. Way better when it was BB&T, can't believe the slowness.

Night deposit is not available to regular customers. Apparently we're not important enough unless we have a business it's basically what I was told on the phone. Although the lady on the phone was pleasant and helpful but there was nothing she could do about the night deposit issue.

I banked at this branch for many years and I always found the tellers and managers to he extremely helpful. Sometimes they might be a little overwhelmed servicing the many small businesses in the area who like to do business at the teller windows, especially the Amish businessmen, but someone always comes to the rescue

The ATM at this location errored during a cash deposit. It kept my money and apparently BB&T isn't going to make any effort to give it back. The staff was far from helpful when I inquired about the missing cash and I was told that unless I know the exact dollar amount of the deposit there is nothing they can do. In disbelief I responded well then guess I'll just never see the money again. And the Lady said "have a nice day" and abruptly ends the call. I've called the customer service half a dozen times, been told that the ATM adjuster etc will call me back within 24hrs they NEVER call back. Still missing over 600 dollars

The Employees at this location are extremely inexperienced and unprofessional. Horrible teller service... Slopfest....Constantly on their phones. Tina was lost in a trance and eating potato chips the first time I waited ten mins for her. Barely qualified for entry level anything, let alone a bank. Bob Wheeler, the GM needs to do some revamping or maybe this truly is just a low end bank.

BB&T is the worst bank ever. Made a cash deposit 45 mins after the 6 pm deadline and they credited the deposit BUT still charged a $36 fee. I called and manager said that the computer makes the decision not staff!!!!

BB&T Customer Service at the Intercourse Branch is some of the worst I have experienced in 20+ years of banking both for personal and the businesses I've worked for. Friday afternoon customers needing to wait 10+ minutes in the lobby because of only 2 Clerks helping customers is completely uncalled for. Monday morning at 10am I need to wait more than 5 minutes until I'm even get recognized at the drive-up window. When the Teller comes to take care of me she also takes care of the other drive-up vehicle which means I need to wait another 3-5 minutes until she has both our transactions processed. Step it up folks! How will this one bank be able to handle all the volume when the local National Penn Bank also officially becomes BB&T?
