If I could leave a negative or a zero even I would. This is honestly the slowest bank!!!! I need to go here each week for my job and it’s terrible. I wait over 15 minutes just for simple deposits. I sometimes will drive 5 minutes out of my way to go to a different location for faster service. It saves me the time !

I am having trouble accessing my business account, even though I know the ID, username and password. I cannot even reset the password. I simply need to speak to someone for help with the BOSS system. I have called 3 times today and waited on hold for a total of 22 min. I have left call back messages. I have tried the branch and the 24 hour customer service. I have gotten no call back and never got to a person. This is unacceptable customer service in this day and age.

I had a great experience opening new accounts today! Steve and Devin were both awesome! Their product knowledge, friendliness and most of all their patience made the whole process a breeze!

Opened my accounts in the Parkesburg , Pa. Branch. Since, for whatever reason , it's temporarily closed. Tried this branch since I can ALMOST walk there. Like the one in New Holland, this one also has RUDE, IGNORANT tellers. Only GOOD branch is in Parkesburg, which is currwntly closed. WASN'T told why.They usually have 4 tellers.Never busy. Never saw more than 2 customers . If tjis branch DOESN'T open by next week, I am SWITCHING banks again.

I have had poor experiences with Fulton bank nickel and dime-ing me with charges and fees, poor communication (when it works in their favor), and a lackluster service attitude. Due to them in particular, I now recommend credit unions as a general rule.

The Staff at the Gap Branch is very personable, helpful and caring. Feels like visiting friends when I walk in! The products they have to offer always fit my business needs!

"We will care, listen, understand and deliver. That's our promise!" Well, they just broke that promise over and over. After approx 5-6 messages and no returned phone calls, I cannot recommend this branch. Very poor communication.
