I absolutely love shopping here for all my outdoor living needs. The staff is knowledgeable and always ready to help with honest advice and great suggestions. I found the perfect grill and fireplace setup for my patio and couldn’t be happier with the quality. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their backyard space.

Best place for all your fireplaces and outdoor kitchen needs! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are easy to work with and have great design ideas. I brought in my photos of my areas and we did planning on a big screen in their beautiful showroom!!!!

We had a fantastic experience with LanChester Grill & Hearth. We had previously been told that replacing our pellet stove would require the removal of the stone surrounding the opening. The folks at LanChester were able to modify and install everything without removing the stone. They also had to replace some of the siding on the outside of our 22 year old house and they matched it perfectly with the existing siding. The installer of our previous pellet stove also failed to insulate the area around the fireplace allowing cold air to flow into the house. The installers of the new fireplace fixed that issue as well. All personnel were courteous, friendly, and professional. They were also patient and answered all our questions promptly via email or in person. Our experience has been awesome (which seems rare in today's service industry). We highly recommend LanChester Grill & Hearth to anyone considering a new fireplace.

We needed to replace our existing gas fireplace as it was almost 20 years old and finally broke to the point of not being able to fix it. We called LanChester Grill & Hearth and worked with Jim who was great. Very communicative and professional. He came out right away to take measurements and explain the process of replacement and show us what they had to offer. After parts were ordered, John and Cameron out for the install a few weeks later. They were very respectful, courteous and professional. They were to take the old one out and put in the new one in a day. They showed me how to operate the fireplace and remote before they left and cleaned up everything very nicely. I would highly recommend LanChester Grill & Hearth for your fireplace needs. Everyone here was a pleasure to work with and made the process seamless.

I looked all over Lancaster County to find someone to design and supply an outdoor kitchen with no luck. I found plenty who supply the appliances, but nobody to do the whole package. Luckily I stumbled across an ad for Lanchester Hearth and Grill. They connected me with Sam, the Owner, and he patiently helped me put my dreams into a reality. They have a nice display of outdoor kitchens and associated appliances (grills, drawers, burners, refrigerators, etc.) on their property and Sam was very knowledgeable in helping me design and specify everything. Their installers did a top notch job down to the minute details of the stone installation on the front surface. I would recommend Sam and Lanchester Hearth and Grill to the most discriminating buyer.

The fireplace insert is beautiful and it heats the room and surrounding rooms with blower on. The customer service was excellent. They are trustworthy and thorough making sure everything worked well and to our satisfaction.

From sales to customer service to installation, every part of the process was smooth an easy. A "one stop" shop that provided all required processes. Other shops required us to be a project manager including hiring an electrician and having propane company do the hook up. Lanchester Grill and Hearth did it all.

I would highly recommend their products and service. And it was very smooth and quick from ordering our fireplace to installation. I can’t wait for the weather to cool off so we can use the fireplace!!
