Had my card compromised minutes after a purchase here. I remember thinking the person behind the counter was acting odd. I called to speak to the manager, she was extremely unprofessional I will be contacting corporate. Use this as a word of caution.

Just travelling through the area and stopped. Got the fish filets and fries, absolutely AMAZING! Genuinely, really good fish, especially for the price. Polite, helpful, funny, and appreciative workers. I'll definitely return if I'm ever in the area again. Thank you!

Ordered a breakfast bowl. I paid extra for cheese and they didn't even put cheese on it. Does rutters not had a standard. Every rutters I go to the food is made different. You should hire people with somewhat of an education. To represent your store.

I usually love this Rutters but in recent times it's giving sundown town vibes. I rang food in at 1:32pm and the kids in the kitchen all threw a snotty fit. I went to pay for my stuff, kid at the register didn't say hello have a nice day nothing not a word just looked at me like I was ruining his day. Before they used to call your number when your food is up, nope just sat it on the counter while simultaneously looking at others with a stank side eye. It wasn't like this before. Do Better.

Apparently when I moved into the Gap area a few years back the Rutter's was brand new.
At the time the store was always clean, bathrooms spotless, trash cans by the fuel pumps emptied, but come four years later and this place is a mess.
Bathrooms are disgusting, trash cans are always overflowing.
Lessons on how to put the paper towels into the waste bin with the squeegee are needed....paper towels always come out at a dozen towels at a time that is if you can pull them out at all.
At times there is no receipt from the fuel pumps forcing me to go inside to wait in line for my proof of purchase.
Like most convenience stores/gas stations there really is nothing to write home about as they all fall to the same level which except for the gas there really is nothing else here for me.
