We have experienced frustrating service in our mail delivery. Several days in a row with no mail delivered... Getting other people’s mail on a semi-regular basis (Sometimes it’s just one piece mixed in with ours & sometimes it’s all for someone else and we don’t get any of ours), The mail box lid not being closed correctly and hanging open in rainy weather (wet mail) etc. We want to be gracious and understand that mistakes will be made at times, but it would seem to me that mistakes should be the exception and not the norm... Thanks for your attention to this matter. We sympathize with the current staff shortage and hope you can find more workers soon.Update on 1/31/24: The service has been better lately. We have not gotten other people's mail very much anymore, and neither was the mailbox lid hanging open that I am aware of recently. Thanks for your help & attention to this matter, and thanks to your employees as well!

The delivery driver never came to the door. Instead they left a tag saying no one was home and I need to reschedule. ?

I work for this post office currently and I can tell you that the town of Gap has the very best carriers and the very best customer service. We all try our best to get your mail out to you. Are we absolutely perfect? No, none of us are. But we work hard for you. We love our town we work for and we hope it shows in our friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond for you . We always try our very best and we thank you for being patient as we guide new carriers into their future in the postal service. Thank you for being a part of our team as we all work together to make the town of Gap and Kinzer and amazing place to live and work. We love you all and will continue to thrive to do our best for you.

I had never received a package and Marne was very helpful and quick to help me. We were able to resolve the issue. Super happy with my service.

Not impressed with our mail service lately and just yesterday I was waiting for a package to arrive in the mail because I got a notification that it’s out for delivery and late last night I got a notification saying that my package is being held at the post office due to my request. WHAT?? Now I have to go pick it up? Ridiculous! This was not my request to take it back to the post office.

Not happy…you have a new guy working this kinzer area and you are paying him for nothing. He does not pick up mail and nor does he deliver mail consistently. When he does it’s not our mail. Tonight (6:10) he drove by EVERYONE’S mailbox and did not pic up any mail. You have to do something!

This place is by far the worst post office you can go to. If you try to pickup a package there they look at you like you’re d*** and then proceed to tell you “that does nothing for me why are you here” then I’m told that she will be yelling at the driver for trying to deliver my package. Then the lady with pink hair begins to just give me attitude the whole time and tells me if this happens again they won’t even attempt a delivery. This is the second time I’ve had a problem here. If it isn’t the old lady it the lady with the pink hair… if I could I would never use this post office again.

Would give no stars if possible, older woman behind counter immediately gives me a attitude when i ask for my package that was supposed to be delivered to my girlfriends address then forward it to my own after they sat on my package for 3 days absolutely useless

Although I was pleasant, professional and polite, the man that works there was absolutely rude and out right hostile towards me. Instead of politely suggesting that I come back at another time he simply stated "I can't help you!" and turned his back on me. The lack of customer service is simply unbelievable. It doesn't take much to be polite to people, but apparently that is beyond this employees ability.

We have lived here for 15 years, and constantly get mail that is not for us, and other people get our mail that is not for them. Twice our W2's for taxes went to somebody else's address. I have complained and complained over the years, and it still happens at least once every two weeks. Very aggravating! and they won't do anything about this problem.
