Went to this location as new customers. Told us to get 2 phones that we really didn't want bc we could come back to trade in. FF to yesterday. We go in to get them, they had someone come from another store w the other phones for us, ran paperwork, signed, etc. Then said something was glitch so we had a "help ticket". Got an email later saying 2 new lines were opened so we go back at 1pm, doors locked, no one in the store, no answer. It took going to another store for him to say that instead of checking a credit line FIRST, they just opened them so now the lines are in limbo. So we left with no phones, no tablet & anger. Now we have to take more of our time to call help & ask them why we have lines open for no reason. Thanks for wasting 4 hrs of our time. Corporate will be reimbursing us, u can believe that. NEVER AGAIN. how about u do the job right the 1st time? We are disappointed in verizon to say the least.
