Perfect Self-Storage, in Garnet Valley, is a well-managed facility. Rich, the manager, has a great personality. Rich will work with you to resolve any issues. If you have ever rented in other storage places, you know that monthly rentals are raised every 4-6 months. Perfect Self-Storage does not.

Like that it is not a big company. Great people. Convenient. I do not like the step on the drive by storage. It makes it difficult to use wheels to bring stuff in.

Uniqua is in charge of the new location in Garnet Valley. She was a great help and answered all of my questions. Facility is new this summer and is very clean and well maintained.

Moved from out of state and Uniqua was so helpful when my wife needed to look at and reserve a storage unit. She was clear and concise with all the information we needed to know about rental pricing and move in. We got both texts and emails to update upon securing our contract and move in . Uniqua is very professional and same with Kathy. Our move in was seamless. The facility is extremely clean and updated. So far so good. Very thankful for an easy experience.

Omg , let me start by saying the customer service here is magnificent. I came into this location seeking information for a possible unit and uniqua gave me a very clear overview of the available units and pricing. I will be back to this location soon to complete my reservation thank you.
