The techs immediately brought out some tools to let me borrow so I could fix the hitch and everyone was extremely nice. I’m thankful for their help!”
“I have nothing but great things to say about Kressley's. Brett was very responsive from the first time I contacted him, sending photos of the truck and setting up a time. During the purchase, I felt no pressure and there was no pushy upsell; we just discussed the down-to-business out-the-door price.
Even after the purchase, the service was great. After taking the truck home, I noticed that the sliding window was not working so I contacted Brett. He arranged for someone to come to my house, leave a loaner, pick up my truck, replace the glass, and then return it. That's much greater service that I would expect at any dealer.

“VERY early on a Saturday I noticed my chasis/splash cover was loose and dragging on the road right before a long road trip. This shop was the only place open; they didn't hesitate to take my car back and remove the cover. They got me back on the road within 15 minutes. Josh and Johnny were polite and kind in a stressful moment, even when they had barely opened the doors and knew I wouldn’t be a returning customer since I’m not from the area. I can’t speak for their mechanical work, but their character says a lot!”

“Great people and great prices! Took my car in a few weeks ago to make an appointment, after being told it's drivable from someone else. Check engine was on and after they looked at it,they took it right into the garage and they found and fixed my problem. They had me back on the road in an hour, and that was even staying after they were supposed to be closed. Great honest people!

2nd review, tires of my choice at a great price installed full brake replacement with rotors hundreds under the last shop I used for my last truck. I really can't understand why more people don't know about this shop! They won't over charge you and they always look out for your families safety. If you're looking for a place to slide you through, maybe not your stop!! People open your eyes too great service at a working income without the 6 to 8 week wait. Found a new home, hope a lot more of you see the light and call, they have your answer! My thoughts, working people for working people, don't pay higher prices for less service! This should be your new shop!!!”

“Hands down the best auto repair shop I have ever dealt with. Stopped in having issues with my brakes. I had no appointment and had never been there before. Christine, at the front desk, was absolutely amazing! She was kind enough to let me leave my car there so the mechanic could look at it that day. She called me shortly thereafter and said that he looked at it and would take care of my rear brakes that same day and scheduled me for the front brakes for 10 days later!

“We needed to find a solution for having 3 automobiles and a 2-car garage. I looked online and found Rotary Lifts and read a lot about their commercial use. Reaching out to the REP, I was referred to Herpels as their dealer / distributor in NEPA. I spoke a number of times with Will Saks about my needs, available room and intended usage. We decided on a smaller model than I was originally thinking. Herpels is FULL service and easy to work with. They delivered the lift, brought their own fork lift, built the lift and adjusted the positioning for ease of use for my two vehicles planned for that area. The installation team helped teach me how to use the lift, and helped to load and unload my vehicles. GREAT service from start to finish. I highly recommend Herpels”
