Both of the gentlemen that we’re working Saturday were able to help and answer all of are questions in a timely manner. When setting up are new phone plans. Definitely highly recommend that store.

I did not have a pleasant experience with this store. I called another location and they helped me in five minutes. I think they need a training in handling upset customers. You do not deescalate a person by belittling them. The store associate kept talking over me so he failed to listen to my problem. He actually hung up on me. Maybe if he would have listened he could have assisted me in five minutes too. I did ask to speak to a manager, but they didn't call me back.

Gettysburg store. Thought things were going well until I got my bill a day later by email and realized I was signed up for things without my permission and instead of saving $20 a month like I was told by switching plans, I’m now paying $100 more. I feel like some fraud took place as I never signed for anything and was not informed of additional charges for a future bill.
Went into the Westminster store to see if they could explain my bill or fix it and was told I needed to go back to Gettysburg store or call billing, which is now more of my time needed to fix someone else’s mistake.

Stopped in to upgrade my phone and the service was quick and not only got a new phone but a better and cheaper plan.

There is a reason that I've been with AT&T since 2007, and that reason is because every time I go into the Gettysburg, Pa store with questions, I am met with great customer service and knowledgeable advice. I went into the store to inquire about getting a new phone since mine was a bit ancient, and Jack was SUPER in every way!! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and made the upgrade to my new phone a breeze. Thanks to Jack and AT&T for always being so amazing!
