Outstanding prices for some great items of clothing. The ladies that work there are so friendly and enjoyable to chat with. Most importantly is they found a $50 coupon in the system for me to use on top of the already amazing sale items. WOW

Walk in and ask them to remind me what the Chicos equivalent for a size 18 is and was told "18? We don't carry that size you need to go to Torrid." Wasn't hurt as I'm comfortable in my own skin but sure was annoyed so I walked through the store picking up sizes 3 and 4 which they had plenty of and then I walked my fabulous curvy self to Torrid. Chico's Size chart attached to review for employee reference. Will never shop at Chico's again.

Beware of the final sales items. I attempted to exchange a couple of items I purchased as gifts less than a week ago . Unfortunately I did not hold on to the receipt, my fault. But based on the questions asked, they could’ve process the exchange but the salesperson decided to take the easy way out and stated since the items were final sale, they could not be exchange or returned. I don’t plan on being a repeat customer.

Always LOVE Chico's. Clothes are wonderful, staff is very eager to assist (if you want their assistance) and you can catch some great sales at their outlets. They never disappoint with the quality and selection, one of my go-to stores for casual, dressy and professional wardrobe.
