CVS Gettysburg is horrible. Long waits in line. The Doctor has called in my prescriptions and 1/3 of the time I get a text that it will be days filling it because its not in stock. Horrible Store. Finally had to switch to Rite AidSorry when I need a prescription for a health issue I cant go without it for two days because CVS is inept at keeping a stocked inventory.

Waited in drive thru line for 10-15 minutes and as soon as I got to the window, it was 1:29 and they shut the blinds in my face and a "we are now closed" message was read out loud from the microphone. I drove 30 minutes to Gettysburg for nothing. Don't go to this cvs if you want to get your prescription

There's a two-week wait for a prescription to be filled. That's what I've been told the last three times I've either called or stopped in to pick up a scrip. You can ask them to 'expedite' but that means waiting in line to pick up the scrip that you don't know isn't filled yet, then waiting an additional 30 minutes while they fill it. It isn't the fault of anyone working there...apparently they're seriously short staffed.

The pharmacy and the wait is a joke! Why in the world does it take so long? I called in a prescription last night and this morning at 10:30 it still was not ready. This has been going on way to long!

CVS Is a great pharmacy. The employees are very helpful. You need find something and can’t you ask one of them and their willing to help you. And the prescriptions sheets on time when needed. You should go there. ?

I just called CVS in Gettysburg PA on York Road....I just got hung up on twice. They cannot transfer my moms prescription from ohio for breathing meds because "it will take 2 weeks". Told them of urgency, put on hold, hung up on. Called back they had no idea who I was or the conversation I just had with someone. Put on hold again, got hung up on. Called back. When I explained the urgency on the third call, I was told they would do it if I had her doc call in a new prescription. Im like "why cant you transfer the one we already have, I have given you the pharmacy phone number in ohio to do that". She said that would take too long. I said well the 3 calls I have had with you and you hanging up on me twice took more time than you just calling and transferring the current prescription. She still said she would not. I am never using them again. I will go elsewhere. Horrible service.

I just waited on hold for 15 minutes for the pharmacy. I finally hung up. I was calling to find out how to get them to quit calling me to refill a prescription I no longer need. I have received no less than 3 calls a week for the past two weeks even though I opted out of calls.

I went to CVS to get a lotion for my dad but there was nobody there to attend me. I stood there for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to attend me but the employees were too busy doing their own thing to do their job. Don't really recommend going there, if you're going to have a job, make sure you actually do it.

Clean and well stocked ( I would hope so since it's a new store). Went in for an OTC item and had to give my life history because the new kid at the register wouldn't ask for help and didn't know how to use the computer.

They love to say a five minute wait and after waiting five minutes then they say only ten more. By the time I had my prescription in hand it’s well over forty minutes. This happens on a regular basis. I’d be more tolerant of this if the staff could be polite/professional. I will say Alicia is a great pharmacy tech and the only decent employee.
