This CVS is horrible. Its impossible to get a real person on the phone and prescriptions are never in stock. They never call back after leaving a voicemail with their stupid AI. Get rid of the AI bs and answer the damn phone.

We go there for a few things here and there and occasionally to deposit money. They're always helpful and patient with everyone.

Don’t go here. No one answers the phone and it is always busy because maybe there isn’t enough workers. Go to Giant pharmacy which is so much quicker and they answer the phone!

Terrible service! Had a major mistake when they refilled my prescription. I can’t get through to a pharmacist. I just tried three times to use their auto answering system. Totally frustrated! I’m moving all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. Don’t even go there.

Can't do no stars so I guess 1. Went to pick up my order and waiting to be acknowledged and nothing. Went to tell an associate that I'm here to pick up my order and got an attitude. She asked me my name and still handed me the wrong order. I was like wow! When I told her that was me she got a bigger attitude. This CVS seriously needs to check their employees and stop relying on self checkout, not everyone likes that. We like human interaction

*BEWARE! Pharmacy closes to the second! I was rushing through the front CVS door at 4:59pm. It must have turned 5:00 as I was running to the back as I could hear the gates closing. I desperately asked to pick up my prescription. They said, "We're closed." I looked at my cell. It was still 5:00. My pleading couldn't get them to help me. They said the system "automatically shuts down at closing time and there's nothing they can do". Hmmm. A lady seconds behind me (still 5:00 on my cell) said she had just driven 30 minutes to get her meds. She also said she was switching pharmacies. (Smart lady!) When I picked up the prescription first thing the following morning, I spoke to the pharmacist and he was like...yes, I was here last night; yes, I saw you; yes, we close at closing time on the dot. So, I asked if he cared about customer service or emergencies?? He did say if it was an emergency, he would wait with my while the ambulance came. What??? Is this the type of service CVS Pharmacy offers??? Two stars because my meds were correct. VERY disappointed in the LOW level of customer service.
