This store has just about all of your clothing needs. Jeans are comfortable and outlast most other brands.The staff are courteous and do their best to find what your looking for.

While passing by Gettysburg we always stop in the Eddie Bauer Outlet. We have found many great deals. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

New manager, new store! Now that the previous intolerable ogre of a manager has been finally sacked, or run out of town by an armed mob or whatever the situation was, the store is back to how it was prior to her tenure. It is filled helpful, polite employees that are more than willing to assist and it has a good selection for a small location. My wife and I were in today with a warranty jacket that they cheerfully exchanged, as well as arranging to have an item that was out of stock shipped directly to our home. Whereas we used to drive the extra hour to the Hagerstown location, we are happy to once again to be customers of the Gettysburg store. Keep up the great work!

Great selection. The staff were on top of everything, even though it was black friday and there was one particular very rude customer berating the manager and a cashier in front of everyone for things entirely out of their control. The two workers handled it well, and major props to the manager for defending the employee! The layout was nice and didn't feel overcrowded. Everything was also arranged very neatly around the store.

We were assisted by Conner tonight, he was Very helpful, polite, professional, and knowledgeable about the products. Sometimes people don’t take the time to leave a good comment but want to make sure I did. Will definitely come back.
