Had to adjust rating! Everything was great until a mistake was made on GSS end allowing me to rent at a particular rate, then a week later after Ive already filled up the unit, called and claimed they had to raise my rate and they couldn't do anything about it. Experience will vary I guess. Couldn't even honor the rate of their mistake.

Always a pleasure renting space from Gettysburg Self Storage. The process is so easy and everything is ready when I arrive. Love being able to sign the contract and make payments virtually which is a huge convenience. The space is clean, and secure.

Plenty of space! Great & clean with trusted security for a storage center.
Only downfall I wouldn’t recommend is driving through the property when snow is on the ground, hard to get up entry way hill. Other than that highly recommend

Easy online process to reserve a unit. Online pay is convenient. Easily accessible. Locks are provided with a one time fee. Units are very clean and well kept, same with the grounds. Overall very nice place. And the manager I spoke was super nice, I think her name was Jody.

Easy, mobile set up for the unit and was able to get everything put away. Easy move-out when we found a unit closer to home. Would recommend.
