I’ve been seeing Kelly since 2021 and am always happy with my hair. I have long, fine, slightly wavy hair and have had highlights, color, straightening, and various cuts with layers and bangs over the years. I trust her with my hair.

Bunch of privledged crybabies that give parking tickets for parking in one of their ten empty parking spots when they're not even open yet. Same people as kids that didn't share their toys.

My first 2 visits to this salon, with Kelly doing my hair, were fine. Went in for another appointment last week and brought pictures- what I ended up with in no way resembled the pictures, and this hairstyle is not good, to put it mildly. It cost me $220 for a cut and color (a couple highlights and regrowth coverage)- before tip. Since that appointment, I have tried three times to contact Kelly in regard to what their procedures are for fixing, let alone getting a refund, but she has not called me back. I'm very disappointment in the lack of response or concern, particularly since I wanted to look nice for 2 reunions this month. I even told them I would not post a review before talking to the stylist first, but since that is not possible, I am posting this review and moving on to another salon.

I went to the salon for balayage, and Kelly did an amazing job! I keep getting compliments about my hair definitely the best someone did to me so far!Kelly was nice, lovely, and professional. I wasn't sure what I want, and she got me! I just love the results. for me, it was a little pricy but worth it.Will defiantly go back.Service: Balayage

Kelly was very friendly and knowledgeable. everyone was friendly who worked there. I enjoyed the dogs too. My highlights were done in a way so that when they grow out they will look more natural. I will be back.Service: Hair highlighting

Ten stars if I could! The salon is an amazing mix of fashionable and homey. The space is upscale and elegant in a salute to Grace Kelly. It is very welcoming and bright, with windows looking out on Gettysburg’s famous shops. The decor is minimal, giving a relaxing atmosphere. But this is far from a sterile, cold New York salon. The stylists are extremely friendly, and every day is a ‘bring your dog to work day’. The pups are sweet and unobtrusive—and very handsome. If you want a hands-on experience they are very accommodating. If you want to admire them from afar, or ignore them completely, they are fine with that. As for the actual beauty salon experience—these ladies are beyond professional. You’ll find yourself admiring their work on other customers. Your own consultation and experience will be very detailed. You’ll be asked for input on every detail so you get exactly what you want. If your ideas aren’t best for your hair, or your color wouldn’t be flattering, you’ll be advised on some tweaks that will make it more perfect. But you definitely have the final say. All they want is for you to be completely satisfied. Where else do you get that experience with others focused completely on you?Services: Hairstyling

I went to Grace Kelly Salon after extensively researching salons in the area. Their results, reviews, and pricing were what I was looking for. From being an icy/grey blonde for so long, my hair had breakage. It was also hideously growing out. Jesi gently gave me highlights and low lights, along with a cut. She also taught me how to curl my hair. I highly recommend Grace Kelly, especially Jesi.Services: Highlights

This salon is the best! I went after finding them on google and they did not disappoint. My hair was cut, colored, and styled and looked just how I wanted it and it was gorgeous! They also have dogs around which made it more relaxed and everyone there was welcoming and friendly!- RoxieServices: Haircut
