I was traveling through Gettysburg to Florida and my tire was running low. I went to Jacoby's off the highway and had them look at it. They took care of the problem immediately and made excellent recommendations for future of service on the tires. They were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service in Gettysburg area.

Alignment: The vehicle felt safer before I took It to Jacoby's. They did not address the cause of the misalignment before performing an alignment.

Afterwards, a Chevy dealership says they located the damaged parts, then they replaced the 2 damaged parts. Then they performed an alignment. Just an oversight at Jacoby's I suppose. I do NOT recommend this place! The young alignment Tech is obviously inexperienced and incompetent.

Got a nail in my tire and when I asked for recommendations, Jacoby’s was unanimous. They did not disappoint. Very friendly and polite. Would recommend them for all work.

Went in as I had a tire going flat. They took it in as soon as they could and fixed it. No charge as I got tires there. Staff was simply great.

We bring all our car problems here. They are just phenomenal. Good people with fair prices and a heart to help. I showed up today because my car was making some funky sounds out of the blue and I’m supposed to be making a 7 hr drive tomorrow (with my two little kids). They had a full schedule and they were still able to fit me in, find out the problem, and make sure my car was as safe as possible for the drive.
Will - thank you for your patience and willingness to explain everything to me. And for navigating my frustration and anxiety over this trip. You have 2 loyal customers who really appreciate you and your team!

Staff are professional, the work is done quickly, and the rates are reasonable (even a bit lower than expected). They are also great at communicating problems they find clearly and transparently.
