I came here from Maryland to buy a dress for a very sad occasion. I called ahead and spoke to someone kind enough to set aside a few pieces for me to try. When I came in the next day, I had the pleasure of being helped by Ms. Louise. She was so kind and very sensitive to my situation. Her professionalism didn't feign and she was extremely helpful and considerate. I cannot tell how courteous they were without almost crying. I not only found a dress, but I found a bit of comfort there during one of the most difficult times of my life. I get it's just a retail store, but this place and especially Louise will always hold a special place in my heart. They have a customer for life. Thank you all!
