I'm only giving 4 stars because the quantity of larger size was minimal compared to years past.
The cashier identified as 3378871 was friendly and outgoing. A heavier set woman, I presume a manager, was friendly as well

Went to old navy for the first time yesterday to their outlet. At 5:00 pm there was a note on the door they closed early for inventory. That should be done after regular closing time. They have no understanding at all of customer experience. They apparently don’t care about inconveniencing their customers.

Who couldn't walk in this store and not find a bargain? Well it wasn't me because they have nice stuff an at a bargain price too. Staff was friendly.

We found everything we were looking for today; not big shoppers so we were glad we could pull right up to the store, find what we needed, and headed out. Nice staff, clean, organized store, reasonable prices.
