Never buy a car from here I had bought the car which I'm making payments on it for the next 5 yrs about got it in June of this year 2024 . 2 weeks after purchasing the car my check engine light came on took it to 2 different places they ran the codes said it was my Cadillac converter. Took it to my mechanic he ran the codes said it was the O 2 censor or the converter replaced the censor . Didn't do any good he said both converters in the front are burnt out so renn Kirby kia had to have known when they sold the car and those codes had to been erased I'm now stuck with the payments have no choice

We worked with Grant and Jason to lease a 2024 EV9. Our experience at Renn Kirby was excellent- professional, personalized, and accommodating. They took time to explain the pros and cons of moving into the fully electric vehicle word and didn’t pressure us whatsoever. We felt comfortable with giving them our business. I’ll keep it short and simple, do not trust this dealership, don’t submit credit app, just turn around and walk away and thank me later. You’ll be able to get that car you like else where. They took me and my co signers credit and dragged through the mud, then told us we were not approved. So I offered more down, different terms ect. Just to be ghosted by the dealership. That’s where I thought the hurt ended but to my surprise a few weeks later I got letter after letter stating I was approved, I was excited I called the dealership to get my car! It was sold, they lied and told me I was not approved then ghosted me. Don’t go here, learn from me and avoid the legal fees I will now be paying to pursue this in court.

My experience with Renn Kirby Kia was nothing short of a nightmare. They deceitfully assured me that I was not approved for a vehicle, only for me to discover two weeks later that my credit score had plummeted. To add insult to injury, I received a letter from the bank informing me that I was, in fact, approved. Despite this blatant dishonesty, the dealership incessantly harassed me with calls urging me to purchase a car from them. Their refusal to answer my calls when I sought clarification and resolution is utterly unacceptable. This dealership's lack of integrity, transparency, professionalism, and appalling customer service is beyond reprehensible. I strongly advise against doing any business with them.

In all my years of purchasing vehicles, I have never experienced a process as flawless and accommodating as it was working with Kyle at Renn Kirby Kia. From the moment our communications began via text to closing on the vehicle at the dealership. the entire crew (Kyle, Jake, Brianna and Jason) went above and beyond to assist me. I was unable to get into the dealership to test drive the vehicle and Kyle brought the car to me at my home to test-drive. Had a great experience four years ago at the Chevrolet place with a salesman that is longer there. Two months ago my daughter contacted Renn Kirby Kia and spoke to a Mr.Shirk. Unfortunately the salesman never contacted her on the phone number (house number) she left with them. Instead he used caller ID to get her cell number and left MANY messages for her, texting her, even on a Sunday! It finally ended when he told her (quote) "I am not going to stop contacting you until you return my calls!" This is WAY WAY beyond being helpful, this is pure HARASSMENT!!! Unfortunately we will never ever buy from Renn Kirby again. ?

Had my oil changed there a few months ago went to change oil this time myself took me two hours to get the filter off cause someone decided to tighten the filter on like it’s the end of the world. Won’t be going back.

HUGE thank you to Christian LaRosa and the Renn Kirby team. Christian immediately followed up with me on my inquiry and we were able to finalize a price before I left work that afternoon.
My wife and I then flew out of state where Christian drove an hour and a half to pick us up from the airport and shuttle us back to the dealership. The rest of the sales process went even smoother! Could not be happier with my car and the experience. Exemplary customer service!

I went to this dealer feeling so nervous because it was the first time I was buying a car on my own, so I didn't have any knowledge or idea of what to expect. They went above and beyond explaining each step and guiding me through the process. I truly recommend this office, especially Geoff Sutton from the sales department. We loved buying our car from this dealership! Evan was our Sales Associate - he went above and beyond in our transaction. Evan was very friendly and courteous during the car buying process. He was very good at communicating with us about the details of the car, with excellent follow through. My husband and I had best experience buying a car because of three incredible employees hands down. Christian our salesman broke down everything makint every step easy and finding the best purchase for our family. Jake went above helping us process everything with ease, helping with everything set up so we really didnt have to stress or worry about anything. Jess finished everything up breaking it down and finalizing everything so well. All three were wo sincere and friendly, especially with our 19 month old.
