Fantastic service, broke down on highway 15 and they got to me in 20min, towed me to a parts store and I was able to repair and get back on the road in less than an hr total. Very helpful and knowledgeable and efficient!

I call them because I need it done right, not done cheap. They came and pulled me out in a blizzard once while my truck was stuck sideways halfway off the road and on a very steep hill. The driver talked me through how he needed me to drive and gave me some tips, then they pulled me right up, unhooked, and I followed them in their tracks back to town.

Road Rangers came to our rescue tonight after hours to pull our Uhaul out of a ditch. They were dispatched promptly upon our call for help and were extremely kind and helpful. I would recommend Road Rangerās to anyone!

Great experience. Took care of everything with great customer service and professionalism. My driver was knowledgeable and very friendly. The price was exactly what was quoted on the phone and the response time was impressive. I HIGHLY recommend using Road Rangers if you need a quality towing company.

Top notch!!!! Left immediately after calling, and had our truck on the tow truck within an hour!!! Sent pictures of the truck on the tow truck, and when it got to the repair facility!! Highly recommend

Our son lives in town and needed his car towed for service. After waiting many hours for AAA (who couldn't seem to find a tow truck) we called Road Ranger. They were there in under 30 minutes - efficient and professional. Thank you!

DO NOT USE!! I made contact with this company last night to tow my truck from route 15 to a shop in Williamsport, Maryland. Once the truck was hooked, The driver surprised me by demanding a credit card to pay the bill prior to leaving. Although, very hesitant in doing so, I paid ahead of time; just to get the sticker shock of a lifetime; they UP charged me. Total cost of $535 ($175 to hook up and $360 for 44 miles.) On the phone, I was told it would be roughly $80-120 to hook up and 2-3 dollars a mile. obviously, those numbers were more than doubled on site. (I even had a running vehicle that, I moved a quarter mile down the road to help the tow truck driver hook up; from the rear per his request.) I called the tow company again this morning to reiterate the information and now all of a sudden the lady upfront canāt give me any details and canāt tell me any numbers. In the end, these guys charged me $175 to hook up my 3/4 ton truck on a wheel lift unit charging $8.18 a mile! Ive had vehicles towed before, I do know thereās a hook up fee and a per mile fee and every company are to disclose those numbers to you when asked, so you can search for the best service possible for yourself and as a veteran, I tend to do just that. Iām not sure why they hiked the price up on me. And I refused to pay $175 drop fee when I found out they were doing me wrong. Obviously, these people are doing their customers wrong and taking advantage when they can.

Was seeking a tow service in this unfortunate situation & was unsure who to call for a great service, and surely my expectations were all met with them. The whole experience with them was in a timely manner, responsive, and helpful with the situation. Highly recommend them for tow service when you're in an unfortunate situation.
