We stopped by the location today and were amazed at the service we received from the employee on duty, Kathleen. She made sure to stop by every customer and ask if they needed any help, offered suggestions, gave people space if needed, etc.. When we were checking out she let us know she's only been working there a month which was shocking overall. This is the type of employee you need to keep around at all cost. Overall amazed with the level of customer care we received from Kathleen. She deserves a raise at the first wage review.

At first glance, you'll be blown away by the prices, because they are so affordable, you can walk out with bags upon bags, which seems like a score, but the quality of the clothing within Rue21 has diminished so much over the years. I have purchased outfits and after one wash the stitching has fallen apart or the garment has shrunk and thinned out. Please don't get me entirely wrong, they do have a pretty decent selection of fashion accessories and shoes, but I would highly recommend using discretion when purchasing clothing.
