This is getting old. Several times this year that this store does not have equine senior feed. The Hanover and Carlisle stores always have it available. This time it's been over a week and still don't have any. But I just brought home Several bags from Carlisle. I am no longer wasting my time going to this store for feed.
If this is how their management is going to handle stocking my brand of feed, I'll save on gas by just not going back there again.

I called in and ask for 5' t post and they said they had a bunch I got there and the checkout lady just sold me the 5.5 but didn’t tell me they were out of the 5' which I call about there is only a few cents difference but I called and asked. This is vary poor service

Out of all the hardware stores this one is usually the biggest gamble. My main problem is the bolts and hardware bins are normally empty. Even if they are full it's not with what it says should be in it. If you find what you were looking for you spent half the day looking through all the wrong bins to find it. Nobody has done any inventory or restocking in a long time so it's always a mess. However if you need almost anything else it's probably not to bad but this place is a mess.

I don’t go I’m too often unless in passing but the lady at the register is always so pleasant and helpful, and many employees asked if they could help today- got the products I needed very quickly

This tractor supply location is hands down the best location, the staff are quick with answers and extremely knowledgeable, not to mention professional and polite. They cater to each customer and the specific needs of everyone. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

This tractor supply keeps going down hill worthless employees! Half of the stuff they say they have in stock they don't have and they don't stock near the items the other stores do! I hope like crazy rural king comes to town they will no longer be in business

Super clean store with a wide selection of well organized products. I was personally there shopping for my domestic and wild backyard pets, and found everything I needed with the help of a very kind young man who was more than willing to assist me. The prices are more affordable than most of the pet and department stores in the area, and an array of the animal food products are offered in larger/bulk quantities than you cannot find at other stores. I always recommend Tractor Supply to fellow pet owners, animal lovers, farmers, handymen/women, and outdoors people. I've been visiting this store at least twice every month since it's opening, and have never had a bad experience! Everything from the cleanliness and organization of the store, to the kindness and assistance of the staff go far above the average bare minimum of most other department/animal/outdoor/hardware stores. You can very affordably have your pets vaccinated and microchipped at the in-store weekend Veterinary clinic, grab your horse's grain, fill your toolbox, take care of your gardening needs, and so much more all in one trip! Most definitely a double thumbs up and round of applause for this Tractor Supply store!
