Dropped off mail with prepaid tracking on a Sunday, here it is Thursday morning and still hasnt' been scanned. Called local number and no one ever picked up, auto transferred to operator which rang for 4 minutes before ringing off the hook and ending call. No wonder everyone hates the USPS and Govt workers.

I want to give Sarah kudos. When we had a lot of snow a few weeks back, Sarah found a package in the snow by our community’s gate in Gettysburg. . It was not delivered by the usual delivery services. I really appreciate her concern and kindness by putting on my porch with a note. Couldn’t talk to anyone at the post office on phone as PUSH did not let me talk to anyone.

Anytime I go into this post office the employees work the line quickly. They give great options for mailing packages that help me decide which way to ship. They often make suggestions and tell me about services I didn't know existed and anything that makes my life easier makes me happy.

NOT helpful. I lost a package going to the college, and the college post office told me to come to this post office. When I told them I was from the college and I lost a package, they immediately were snappy with me and told me that "it wasn't us who lost it, it was the college. They just don't want to own up to it." I know that's a lie because packages to the college come HERE first, and two, I am just the messager here. My package is lost, don't get snippy with me because YOU lost my package. Anyways, they told me to file a lost package claim, and when I asked if we could at least see if it was here, they shut me down and told me it won't be here. You didn't even look. They just sent me away with information to file my claim and didn't even at least TRY to find my package. If you lose a package going to the college, don't even try coming here. They won't be helpful.

Many many packages have been “lost” in this location. I went to the location to ask for help but was turned away.

Be AWARE, packages are being stolen at this office on a consistent basis and the management has done nothing to prevent it or investigate, mail elsewhere!
