Walmart offers a wide range of items including electronics, home furniture and appliances, toys, clothing, baby gear, and video games, helping customers save money and live better. The store is generally clean, well-stocked, and features friendly staff, creating a welcoming shopping environment. One location is smaller and caters more to tourists and vacationers, with items like Gettysburg souvenirs. Although it is not a super Walmart, it is easy to navigate, especially on weekdays, and provides a decent shopping experience with fewer headaches than larger stores. The store layout is different from other Walmarts, and some customers have noted that there are limited self-checkout options, which can lead to longer wait times. Staff members are often helpful and friendly, with employees going out of their way to assist customers, such as helping carry heavy items to the car. While some find the store reminiscent of the 1990s, many appreciate its cleanliness and the personal service they receive. Overall, Walmart in Gettysburg is a convenient place to find essentials and enjoy friendly service.
This Walmart was on the smaller side. Not nearly as many options as what we have at ours in my hometown. Strange layout for coming in and out of the store. We were able to find what we needed. Staff were very pleasant and there was a lot of parking available. We did use the dressing rooms but not the restrooms.
